El Corchito

El Corchito is a one of the most important ecological reserves in the area, and a great and quiet place for nature lovers. At El Corchito you may see a variety of birds, plants, flamingos and gulls, and you may also swim in one of the three cenotes (natural swimming holes) The raccoons at the mangrove are feed daily, and is an exciting experience for both adults and children.

The ecological reserves is located only few minutes from Casa Oxytocin, and you may drive there by Calle 27 and then to Calle 46 until you reach Highway 27 where you can take a small boat over to the mangrove island.
